Refunds
Featured, Top 3, Boost, and Outbid are digital ads that change a public ranking as soon as payment clears. That is why refunds are narrow.

When we do not refund
- Featured (30 days or lifetime), Top 3, and Boost — not refundable once the ranking shows the badge or slot.
- Outbid — not refundable after the bid is recorded. If someone later pays more and takes #1, your previous payment is not returned. That is the product.
- You changed your mind, picked the wrong tool, or expected traffic / leads that did not show up.
- You were unhappy that Overall includes paid weight, or that This week / Rising do not.
When we will help
- Payment succeeded at PayPal or Mercado Pago but the slot never activated (webhook or capture failed). We activate the slot or refund through the same processor.
- You were charged twice for the same intent. We refund the duplicate.
- We removed your listing for a reason that was our error (not spam or terms abuse) while a paid slot was still running. We refund the unused portion or restore the listing — we choose which is reasonable.
How to ask
Write from the email used at checkout. Include the tool name, date, amount, and PayPal or Mercado Pago transaction id. We need that to match the payment. Email support@overbid.tools.
Chargebacks: if you open a dispute instead of writing to us first, we may pause the listing until it is resolved. Processor rules still apply.

Mercado Pago bills in ARS using the site conversion rate. Refunds, if any, go back through the original method.
